HCC’s managing director Sara Petela commented:

“David’s expertise in social care speaks for itself. I’ve long admired his insights and commentary into the pressing issues facing social care, so I am especially pleased that he has joined our growing team of Strategic Advisers.

Social care has never been more high profile in terms of government policy and we have seen many organisations operating in the social care space recognise the unparalleled opportunity this presents. Having David’s contribution to our discussions with social care clients will help ensure we continue to ensure their voices are heard”.

David joins Julia Scott (former chief executive of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists) and Jackie Fielding (Non Executive on the Board of NICE and former Vice President for Medtronic) on HCC’s Strategic Council.
